When I ride in the winter I generally wear mittens that also accumulate stank. To dry them I put kitchen utensils (rigid spatulas are best) in them and stick the handle down a heater vent. Same method after washing them.

Another great way of drying gloves is to use the empty tubes from a roll of paper towels - it absorbs the moisture and from my experience avoids that musty/sweaty smell

I use the arms of my truing stand to hold my gloves to dry them out...

Have to admit to using my wife's hairdryer to get my gloves nice and dry - also makes it nice and hot for my fingers!
