Sometimes solutions for everyday tasks are right in front of your face. I have been around bikes for decades and never thought of this simple presta valve adapter hack. Props to reader Robert for sending it along.

That would work great when you have an automatic hose. When you have a Schraeder valve bike pump, you will need another hand to hold it on there and a set to actually pump the air.

I know of a better one if you stuck somewhere without a pump some valves on car and perhaps motorbike innertubes have a thread on the inside that fits perfectly over presta valves useful if your only pump is schrader
