We recently posted a bike with it's very own sweater and reader Keith submitted a picture to us of, well, I don't know quite what to make of this.
Keith notes:
I spotted this near Pacific Place in downtown Seattle. Sorry for the poor quality of photo. I was in a rush and just reacted by snapping the photo. Seattle is quite the bike town and I am sure I will see many more of these types of bikes when I relocate there in the near future.
Maybe this is a bike outfit meant to scare away rain =)
