In a slow economy, sometimes people look for other streams of income. Perhaps mobile beekeeping and biking are a possibility. Either that or maybe a hive of bees would be a good security hack =)
A reader known only as S2 submitted the following.

Mobile beekeeping in the SF BAy Area.
Actually a honeybee swarm. Half the colony and the old queen have left the hive where a new queen has been hatched and are out looking for a new home. The old queen rests surrounded by her workers while some scout bees search for a new space. From the SF Bee Association.

This is ridiculous looking, but it's got to be fake, right?

I'll bet you'll get a real buzz riding that bike :-)

Guaranteed to make you faster, right?
Is that bike called a California Bee Cruiser?

My Kryptonite NY locks are black and yellow... But I think this wins.

Ouch. Maybe some Taliban recumbent rider type wanted to show how painful diamond frame seats are
I don't live anywhere near SF, for the record. Plus I hate bees.
