Two readers, John and Danno, clued us in to this cool video regarding the practical use of a bike. I use knives daily and know that not all of them are up to their full cutting power. If I heard the sound of this gentleman in the public alley by my house I would certainly take advantage.
The video also reminded me of a past post on with a similar theme.

A familiar sight, more like sound, since I was a small child in Portugal.
Where I lived we called him Amola-tesouras (scissor sharperner), although he does knives and umbrellas too of course. Different name, same job, same tunes.
And now the nostalgia is settling in my mind... :)
