That looks pretty sketchy hah. If you're seriously considering a folding bike for the practicality of it but you're turned off by the small wheel look, check out Montague Bikes. They use full size wheels and standard parts (so you wont ever have a broken part you need to fix with a clamp) but they still fold to save you some space. http://www.montaguebikes.com/

Montague bikes are brilliant, i've had all sorts of folders but have settled on an old Rudge Bi-frame. I think they were made under licence from Montague in the 90's and are great, they have a really old school feel about them. I managed to pick mine up for £50 on fleabay.
