Well, it was kind of a bike. It was one of those electric bikes with a very small frame so the seat post was extended way up.

do those soap racks serve any purpose? i would think anything placed in/on them would be lost quickly. maybe if there's half a bar of soap stuck to it, covered in pubic hairs, it would be a theft deterrent.
