Fantastic - someone, presumably with a lift, hauled the bike over the lamp post and sent it back down within the frame? Love the French!

Probably Photochop. Who would take a "before" picture of their bike with the full lamp post in view?? "My, what an important, interesting picture!"

Not necessarily there own picture. The pics could have been taken by the person who "relocked"the bike so he or she could show off there dirty work later.
