It doesn't look like the cable is retracting on itself. the guy in the video is really pushing it back into the frame. I have seen other bikes with this system on the web never used it myself. Would be a nice hack for my own bike though.


Yeah, looks like the push back cable that I have on my bike carrier... which has no problems.


Don't trust cable locks.
