I was in Spokane, WA this last weekend for a friend's wedding...on the way to our hotel I spotted this ghost bike. Via cyclingspokane:

Spokane is a VERY bike-able city, and I saw bikes/people on bikes everywhere...there's also a nice paved path downtown along the river that makes a great ride
